Director of Client Growth
Rachel joined High Impact in October 2024, bringing 24 years of experience in the retail industry, with a strong focus on Walmart, Sam’s Club, and supplier private label and CPG.
Rachel’s career began in 2000 at Walmart as a Merchandise Assistant in Frozen Foods. While completing her college education, she worked her way into Walmart's Buyer Training program, and after finishing the program, was placed as Assistant Buyer/Planner for Ladies Activewear. She quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the Kids Bedding Buyer. As Walmart expanded its Merchandise Financial Planning organization, Rachel found her passion for data and transitioned into a role as Merchandise Planner for Small Appliances.
As Sam’s Club began to build out its planning organization, Rachel moved to Sam’s Club to work in Fresh Deli. There, she was promoted to Senior Planning Manager for Freezer/Cooler, and then Senior Planning Manager for all of Fresh & Freezer/Cooler. When Sam's adopted an item planning structure, Rachel took on the role of Director of Life Cycle Planning for all food and beverage categories.
In 2016, Rachel transitioned into the supplier community, taking a role as Senior Trade Analyst for Kimberly-Clark’s Family Care team. This position introduced her to the financial side of the business from a supplier’s perspective. Her next move was back into sales as Director of Sales for Rise Baking Company, where she managed multiple programs with Walmart in the private label space. In 2021, Rachel joined Milo's Tea Company, where she further deepened her knowledge of the CPG industry and led the company’s expansion into fresh distribution centers nationwide.
Rachel’s passion for helping businesses grow and her expertise in using data to tell the story of successful sales strategies have brought her to High Impact. In her current role, Rachel helps clients partner with Walmart to deliver strategic solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Rachel lives in Bentonville with her husband, Brian, and their three sons: Breckin, Kyson, and Kellen. They also share their home with two dogs, Coco and Daisy.
