Summary

The Sales/Replenishment Analyst will be responsible for organizing and analyzing robust data sources to support client growth. They will provide supply chain support for clients across several categories. The Sales/Replenishment Analyst will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer alignment to deliver on key metrics that optimize day-to-day client health. This position will be for a problem solver who enjoys uncovering insights to provide action-oriented recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth analytical support focused on business solutions through weekly reporting and ad hoc problem solving
  • Design, maintain and update ongoing tracking reports and tools reporting on key metrics (OTIF, in-stock levels, forecast accuracy)
  • Work proactively with clients and key customers to manage inventory, forecasts, and ensure compliance of MABD/fill rate
  • Develop inventory effectiveness plans around initial product launches, modular updates, and other events
  • Provide recommended actions to increase sales through demand forecast adjustments
  • Perform lead time audits and present recommendations to help drive efficiency through logistics operations and improve OTIF compliance
  • Align forecasts for both Walmart and clients' internal supply chain
  • Assist in client line review preparation process
  • Communicate with customer team when scripted orders are needed
  • Assist with troubleshooting PO discrepancies
  • Monitor Walmart forecasts and inventory order flow to mitigate potential inventory issues
  • Oversee item maintenance to ensure item setup accuracy and appropriate replenishment settings
  • Manage direct import set-up and replenishment 
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required
