Alayna joined the High Impact team in 2024 bringing 25+ years of retail merchandising and replenishment experience.

She spent 14 years at Walmart and Sam’s Club. Starting at the stores, she continued at the home office working across Home, Electronics, Road Shows, and even supported Celebrity Appearance Events within the clubs.
‍

Alayna then transitioned to the manufacturer/supplier side where she continued to support Walmart business with her expertise in replenishment and forecasting. She held positions at companies in various departments including Toys, Baby, Home, Tires and Grocery.

Alayna lives in Bentonville with her two sons. They love spending family time together such as watching movies, playing board games and taking walks with their two sweet pup-pups.
